Union Burger in Goderich

Long wait for two burgers and icecream (30 minutes) The fries where soggy and the burger was bassicaly dry sandpaper discs from the harhardw store. My scratched up esophagus and I will not be returning for anymore sandpaper discs they call burgers.(update) The UB social media people emailed me back about receiving a voucher for future use in the restaurant however when I replied that I would accept it they never responded. This to me further shows not only is the food bad but their ability to try and resolve issues suck too.

The burgers and poutine were great. The service was uninspired.

A cool place with great prices..burgers..ice cream..cheap beer..what more do you want! Burgers were over cooked tho..charred on the outside.

Disgusting. Onion rings literally dripping in grease. I give it -5 never going back. Too bad. The one in Kitchener is very good

Awful! Restaurant was dirty and not properly stocked. Bathrooms were disgusting, there were no lids for the cups, no sugar for coffee, coffee was sold to me but was empty and I had to wait for a new pot to be brewed, fries were overcooked and cold, burger was a mess, and I was over charged for my food. Overall I was not happy and will not stop here again.

Worst burger in the world. The patties were overcooked!! Every single order was served with overcooked patties. I believe they dont want ppl to get food poisoning but this was done to the extreme!! Stay away!! Give your money to the guy by the water. His food is awesome!!

Great place, fast friendly service. I love that they have arcade games. My son lost his dollar in one and they replaced it promptly. I also love how they will deliver your food to the table if you're dining in.Great experience!

Filthy, fly-infested place serving great burgers and horrendously overcooked fries. Every table was filthy, flies everywhere, employees couldn't care less.

Great burger great french fries great milkshake and all for a very reasonable price plus you can even get a beer for $2. 99 or an ice cream cone for a buck, how can you beat that? Especially in the day when going to Five Guys or smoke Burger and getting a combo will cost you the better part of 20 bucks.. a burger and Fry combo here is only $7. 99...

Their food always tastes really good and the cleanless of the resteraunt is always spot on, it always takes longer than expected to get your food and the toppings, such as tomato, are very scarce.

Busy place with a long wait, but good food.

Burger was good although the patty seemed a little light. Fries aren't bad. Service was friendly. We'd go again!

This place has an amazing chicken burger. So fresh, juicy, and big. The price is for great quality is amazing. Value high. Loved it!

Hamburg's were very good, Shakes very good. Fries were Luke warm not that good

Fantastic place. Great burgers and poutines. The staff is extremely nice and the place is very clean. It is under new management and it has improved significantly. Would definitely recommend this joint. The ice cream is well worth its value. Must try!!

Great atmosphere and friendly service will make you want to come back and enjoy some good food and good times with friends. Highly recommend you give this particular union burger a try. You won't be disappointed

Stopped for a quick bite and food and service was so much better than we had expected in a small town. Onion rings were super great.

So glad the place is open again. They have the best burgers and fries and poutine. Pretty big menu they got coffee and milkshakes and cones. Amazing customer service and the lobby has all different kinds of seating. There's also a pinball machine. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for quality fast food and great service.

Decent burger for 6$. Fries were kinda meh. Drinks were good. Ice cream was good. Chocolate dipped didn't work out so well tho.I'd be back for the cheap burger deal tho

Food was cold fly' s inside are terrible sat there for a full meal not one staff member came out to clean the tables and make sure your footwear is secure because you stick to the floors not the same as burger 33 very disappointed

Good food.. I find the staff friendly enough and the food is reasonably priced. Would recommend if you are on Goderich looking for a burger and beer on a budget

Excellent burgers and fries. Cheap beer.

Fries were cold, burgers were ok. Flies buzzing around everywhere. I left early because I got sick of the 10 flies flying around my arms and face. Tables were sticky. Place needs a good clean. If they keep this up the health inspectors will shut it down soon enough.

Such friendly service and tasty food has brought us back daily during our stay here. The place is clean and well appointed, and prices are good.

great food a little on the greasy side but I'd go back

Very reasonably priced and excellent quality food. Fed my family of 5 for less than $35 and that's 3 teenage boys.

Good quarter pounder and fries combo for $5.99, add $2.00 and make the burger a banquet with cheese and bacon. To finish off a delicious lunch, for $1, a sizeable soft serve ice cream. You can substitute the combo drink for a cup of premium coffee. Also availsble for an additional $2.99, domestic beer in a bottle, limited selection.Good value for the 💵, cosy atmospher, kids and adults alike welcomed. Kids special for $4.99, includes a smaller burger, fries, drink and a sof serve ice cream, good deal.Almost fogot, for anothet .50 cents, chocolate dip that soft serve 🍦

Great food at great prices

Food is delicious, but 3 stars for HIGH prices and SLOW service. Staff isn't rude, but certainly not friendly. But the burgers, fries, and poutine are very tasty.

Fantastic burger place that sets the bar high.

It was a little strange. A lady was behind the counter, in the kitchen, out of uniform, not wearing a hair net. It didn't make me feel good about the food I was purchasing.

Despite the food, which to be a fast food was quite good, the service was awful. The girl behind the counter was ill-mannered and gave us wrong information about the prices. A place serving food should not rely only on the tastiness of the food itself, but also on the welcoming manner of the staff.We will not be back.

My favorite burger bar feeling of home. Burgers are wonderful. Staff is easy going. Great location. I've been going there for years and still loving it. You should go to. see you there. James E
